Notes

Reporting on race and ethnicity is voluntary and the numbers of students in each minority category (i.e. non-white) are relatively small.  In addition, data for some races/ethnicities may be suppressed at the district level to protect the confidentiality of individuals.  As a result, the values for the region may change dramatically from year to year.
